How To Qualify |

Provide us with the basic contact information for your referral.

Once complete, you, your referral, and City One will receive notification via
email.
|
|
|
City One will then send you the proposal or contact your referral to discuss their potential equipment
leasing needs.
|
|
|
To qualify for a gift card, your referral must enter into a lease agreement with
of at minimum $10,000.
|
|
|
When your referral's equipment lease starts, we will send you a $25 Visa gift
card.

We and/or our providers reserve the right to accept or decline any gift card at
its discretion

We and/or our providers reserves the right to substitute an alternative item of
equal value based on product availability
